The Ricecrest Luke Lauren family is a family that is as long in the frontline of the Holstein Scene as probably any family out there. Jan Kolff is a breeder in the front line of Elite Breeding as long as probably anyone out there. Jan Postma and Henk Boeve are people active in the Holstein Industry as probably anyone out there. It was therefor a a nice sort of “reunion” that JK Eder Evealyn 1 was purchased by Jan Postma and Henk Boeve in the JK Eder Christmas Sale 2020. She is a Medley daughter out of the MAXIMUM SCORE VG-89 with an EX-91 udder Jedi daughter JK Eder Evalyn. JK Eder Evalyn is not only really good looking (1st Place Dairy Fair Marienwaerdt 2019) but also produces 3,7% PROTEIN. JK Eder Evalyn 1 shows a very well balanced profile, she is a also a really nice individual and is on the Frontcover of the current Heemskerk/ ABS Netherlands catalogue.

The line of the Ricecrest family that is now already developed for three generations at the Nominated Breeder of the Century in the Netherlands JK Eder Holsteins.  The great grand dam  Royal Idevra Eva was bought by Diamond Genetics in Italy (where the family was developed for three generation in the Royal Idevra Nucleus group) and sold to Veenhuizer Holsteins. Embryos where sold to Germany where the grand dam was born, she was later sold to JK Eder Holstein in one of well managed JK Eder Spring Sales.  A lot of “Old” names in this great young 2-Yr Old!
